We need notebook apps for our work in the era instead of using only pen and paper. But which one of them is your best choice?
These are my comments for the following note-taking apps: Evernote, Notion, Apple Notes and Google Keep.
And what are your concerns picking a notebook application?
If you use a real notebook as a habit, Evernote would be a good pick for you. In Evernote, you could add tags and pages for cataloging. You could also insert pictures and tables in a page. There is even a google chrome plugin to save a website to the app.
These are good choices if you use a notebook just to jot down a few things such as purchase lists or daily expenses. Because Apple Note and Google Keep are very easy to use with their simple interface. Apple Note is the best choice for Apple users and Google Keep has better cross-platform capability. You could have your scratching and handwriting using any one of them.
The best choice for someone who wants a powerful note-taking app. In fact, Notion is something more than just a notebook app. Notion first release in 2018. The app aimed to fuse a notebook app and a personal database. You could jot notes and insert photos to the page. Furthermore, you could set up some formulas to do some statistics or simply make a record to your reading habit or music/ movie preference. Evernote is a good notebook and you could review your note page by page. With Notion, you could customise an overview to all your data and make linkage over different pages.
